It sounds almost too simple to matter, but that's the point. Most evening routines are just the absence of doing anything else. You stop working, you scroll for a while, you eventually get up and go to bed. Nothing marks the change. Nothing tells you the day is finished.

Dusk does. Warm water, lavender, the day coming off your hands. Then the capsules, while the scent is still on your skin. Two small things, one after the other, and suddenly the evening has a shape.

It's a good soap in its own right, too. Shea butter and olive oil, so it leaves your skin soft rather than tight, which is what you want when you're about to lie down. Handcrafted in small batches in the United States from organic, fair trade oils, with lavender essential oil and lavender buds set right through the bar.

Keep it by the sink where you'll see it. That's half of what it's for.
